At Big Sky Health and Beauty, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and carefully to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery location.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: during sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Local Delivery & Pickup
If you’re local, you can select Local Delivery or Pickup at checkout.
We’ll contact you when your order is ready and coordinate an easy pickup or drop-off time that fits your schedule.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your order has shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery times and handling.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist if additional documentation is needed.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bigskyhealthandbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, skincare, soaps, and wellness items are non-returnable.
Apparel and merchandise (such as shirts or mugs) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in new condition.
