At Big Sky Health and Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any skincare, wellness, or personal care items once they have left our facility.

Non-returnable items include:

• Skincare products (PCA Skin, Colorescience, EltaMD, etc.)

• Lotions, soaps, and wellness items

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Apparel & Merchandise:
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on shirts, mugs, and other merchandise within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, tears, dents, or scratches.
